Hey there,
I’m Neon! I am a self taught Canadian art goblin, who works digitally, with acrylic paint, ink, and polymer clay! I do art as a hobby for the time being but I dream to create for a living someday.
I’ve been a traditional artist most of my life, I’ve only been working with digital for about a year or so! I want to focus on more original art for 2025, we will see where that will take me!!

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you have read AND agree to the following terms:I. General Information♡ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any commission for any reason at anytime.♡ Any aggressive, inappropriate or hateful behaviour towards myself will result in your commission being cancelled. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
This will result in you being blacklisted.♡ Communication is required for me to work efficiently and effectively.
If there is little to no communication, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.II. Usage and Copyright♡ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures, icons, wallpapers, banners, to print for personal use.♡ If you post my artwork to your social media, credit must be given to me.♡ All rights to the art I create, including commissions belong exclusively to me.
↠ I retain the copyright to my work and may post it to my portfolio or social media♡ You may not sell/exchange/reproduce my art in any form, physical, digital, or NFTS.♡ You may not claim my artwork as your own.♡ You may not alter my work in anyway, including removing my signature/watermark.♡ You may not use my art for AI training or to be fed into any AI program.III. Payment♡ All prices are in CAD
Clients are responsible for the conversation of their currency to CAD.♡ Payment is via PayPal or E-Transfer (E-Transfer for Canadian clients only)♡ Upon accepting your commission I will give you a price quote. If the quote is acceptable to you then I will require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit before I start working.
I will only issue a refund for this deposit is if you request it BEFORE I start working.♡ After the sketch is approved the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish your request.IV. Refunds♡ If I cannot complete your commission for any unforeseen circumstances I will refund the full amount.♡ You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.♡ You agree by commissioning me you may not issue a chargeback for any reason.
Any attempt at a chargeback will result in an automatic loss of character rights and any art made.
You will be blocked and blacklisted.♡ There will be NO REFUNDS for completed artwork.V. Commission Information♡ Commissions are digital ONLY.♡ References are required.♡ Details for the commission need to be as clear, concise and as detailed as possible.
